West Hill nurtures a climate that is conducive to, not only, parent communication but also parent and family involvement. Classroom and building celebrations are held on a monthly basis and welcome all family members to attend. Their purpose is to celebrate student work and accomplishments. Parents are encouraged to share special talents, participate in PTO, attend award ceremonies (Honor Society, HOPS, Recognition, Graduation) and volunteer for classroom projects.
