May 29, 2020 9:00 a.m-11:00 a.m. and 2:00-4:00

The following procedure will be implemented for material pick up and packet drop off:

  1. All student materials/personal belongings will be placed by the classroom teacher in a bag and labeled with student’s first name, last name, and homeroom teacher.

  2. Kindergarten 1st and 2nd grade bags will be passed out from the Library

  3. Grades 3 and 4 will be distributed from the Art and Music room.

  4. Grades 5 and 6 will be distributed from the Computer Lab

  5. No one will need to enter the building for pick up. Personal items will be distributed in the same manner as lunches and packets have been dispersed in the past.

  6. Parents/Students will be asked to sign off that they received their personal belongs.

  7. Social Distancing is required at all times.

  8. Any materials not picked up will be discarded.

  9. ALL STUDENT WORK MUST be dropped off when personal items are picked up. We prefer an ADULT pick up materials but if that is not possible due to work schedules STUDENTS will be allowed to pick up materials but must follow above procedures.

FINALLY, IF YOU CURRENTLY HAVE ANY DISTRICT OWNED CLASSROOM/LIBRARY BOOKS OR DISTRICT OWNED INSTRUMENTS PLEASE RETURN DURING THE PLANNED DROP OFF TIMES.

THANK-YOU FOR YOUR COOPERATION!
